air bleeder screw
When I start my motor, I open the air bleeder screw on top of the tank filler cap, but the vibration of thte motor causes the screw to rotate clockwise, causing it to shut off air to the tank. What to do?

Round bottoms, flat bottoms, v bottoms, straight runs fore and aft, curved runs, etc? designed as row boats, sail boats, power boats, planing hulls, displacement hulls? Just asking, just curious. props
I have two props, one with curved scimitar like blades, the other larger diameter with straight square end blades. Which is which, and what engines does each belong with? Does it matter which one is used if it fits?

Re: Should I buy it?

Re: weight, not oil but motor
BTW, I have lost a bit of energy, but am more seasoned and experienced. My wife, God bless 'er, has so many things (painting rooms, repairing fireplace, etc) to do now that both of us are retired that I have less time for important things such as seagulls. She suggested a canary.

Re: weight, not oil but motor
Had a TD once. Found the key to running it was not to repair things if they were non-essential. As soon as you repaired an item, another s----t the bed. Thus when the top refused to be raised, I did not fix it for fear that once fixed, the transmission would blow. I learned to drive in the rain.

Re: weight, not oil but motor
Beautiful!!! I don't have the patience or skill to tackle anything like this. I spent my younger days racing an MG rather than learning woodworking skills. Now in the twighlight of my years (74 in June) I am more interested in getting on the water than butchering wood and crreating sawdust and wood ...
