Get also a 9.20mm or a bit less drill. That's the tap drill diameter.

Hi, The real benefit, if you ask me, is that you removed the crud! 70psi is a bit low for forties but would still run for a looong time. Certainly 120 is better but does it sounds too high? Correct me if I am wrong, I thought that forties at their best reach 100psi. (Honing also raises compression) ...

I see no reason to replace the block unsell it is cracked or corroded bably around the ring that seal the compration together with the cylinder head. So it is some rust that blocks the pipe most probable. I would remove the exhaust, the water transfer tube and fitting and see what's wrong. If that c...
