Hi Rick, Thanks for the info. I will try to remove the prop, and give it a clean up etc. I hope to get a chance soon to get it running, so I will be removing the Carby, and giving it a clean up, so I will look out for the choke pin. I also need to remove and clean the tank, as it is dirty inside, fr...

Re: Anzani Pilot ID
Rick,
It looks like the photo worked ok. My engine does have the Zenith Carb, so I assume its a Mark 1V. I can add more photos if needed (I hope)

Anzani Pilot ID
Hi all,
I recently purchased an Anzani Pilot. I was told it was early 1950s, but I think it could be 1960s. Serial number p24114.
I am having trouble loading photos.
It has a 3 blade prop, and a twin screw mounting bracket. I can't seem to work out what year it is.
Cheers.

Re: Quiz
That air boat is great.
That Whipper Snipper engine should run for ages on a few cupfuls of petrol.
Very ingenious .

Looking good Mate,
Starter was an easy repair.

Re: Australian Riptide Sportsman
Thats great news. Impeller for older Johnson / Evinrudes are cheap and easy to get. I always have a few lying around. I think I know the bloke you are referring to. Im sure he is keeping his eyes peeled for more outboards, especially Riptides.

Re: Info Needed. Villiers Engine 5F
Hi B,
Thanks for the info. There doesn't seem to be many Marlins around. My Serial Number is 318x013.
I don't know if that means it is number 13 or what.
One day I will start working on it. Promise. LOL

You are doing a Great Job. I am curious about your Comment " Its supposed to Look really pretty, and be kept indoors, but all that has changed now" It definitely looks Pretty, and you can't leave it outdoors, can you. :? You may need to build a Glass Display Cabinet to put it in. Kee...
