Hi Charles, yes back home, after France decided to close its boarders, it was either ride it out in the alps or take the last boat back to Jersey.... can you believe it... Hi All, trolling through eBay as one does I spotted this motor, although the sellers photos were not clear I saw that the crank cases were stamped DOP, a pre war seagull with a Marston origin, they were usually a reincarnation of the Marston OP but apparently modified by British Seagull to a spring ...

After seeing that YouTube clip of your rather speedy motor I fear I may need two motors on the back....

But in reality I would love to do something like that, I’ll be off the island for a chunk of next year, still keen though and it would be great to meet a few of you.

Yes it’s a bugger, two different ferrules, two different nuts, I used to make then in batches but time seems scares at the moment.
