Hi Brendan,
Any chance of bringing the edit facility back? Hate to get on the turps and post naked women frolicking with seagulls and not be able to edit them....

Hello all The new version has editing for Moderators only, (That's why I can see it!)... Duhhh.
To edit a post you now have to contact moderator to organise it. send them the new text..
Or get it right first time!
You do get a chance to read it all through as it should look, in preview mode, before you submit it.
Reason for this apparently if useful information has (on other forums) been removed by posters, to the detriment of all the other users.. see where they are coming from, but have to admit I don't get it right when I read it through and press the submit... maybe there will be a way round this one...

Oh Gosh. Have to post Sober. Huge ask. I'll keep the third tuesday of the month free between 2.32 and 2.41 pm.
I do think this is a tad harsh on us Aussies.

Can we (Members) elect with ballot for site administrators?
For a say 2 year term of office then renewable as per same?

Hi Bruce, nice thought, but though all have to be members to post threads I still maintain overall responsibility for this forum, so rule as a benevolent dictator!
Much as I enjoyed the pics, this is a 'family friendly' site and as such cannot permit items that may cause me to lose that acreditation!
I vote the moderators in after getting to know them. If anyone else with a proven track record is willing to volenteer.....
Must say I am dead chuffed at the way the site forum works, I rarely need to but in and when I do look really enjoy the light hearted banter, keep it up !

Not quite sure by what you mean above Mate but you have put me and others at a misunderstanding?
I have never sent anything to you personally or submitted to this board that is anything like you are indicating to fellow Gullers and or others on this board, members or visitors?
I received a couple of emails that were related to this, and, obviously, your reply, saying something along the lines that I am (From them)"forgiven for sending content, religious, biggot, homophobic and or just plain old irrevelent content" so...............do not do it B?
I thank you for the Benevolent and :How things work so I learn from that Mate. That was the basic question.
I think that you should either prove that I have ever sent any material as what the quote above states or retract post haste.
The rambling email from Buzzook yesterday based on your comment floored me!

Until I logged in I had no idea what the emails others sent me actually referred to?
