So what is this all about and does it work for two stroke fuel? What is it made of? Is it new to the market?

Hi Hugz,
- not new, it's been around for years in various forms
- yes it works for the seller, his bank balance grows
How difficult is it to drain the old fuel at the end of the season and use fresh yummy the next season?

Zinc chloride based flux and lead solder. And of course a clean tank to avoid an explosion. Works great on brass or steel. Have tried both.

A nice gentleman at the Sunday market sold me a bottle of fuel additive some time ago. It was expensive, but worth it. If you do as it says on the instructions - empty the tank and throw the contents away every month, then fill up and add a little of the magic potion - it works like a charm. Never had a problem with petrol going stale since then.
Can't remember exactly what it's called. Something like, er, "Snake Oil" I believe.
