B, maybe we should have sent the Seasprite Spark plug cover over to Nudge for reproduction. I reckon we would have had a box load of them by now.

Still trying at this end. Christmas closures etc, not helping though!

Yes S

Then again a few more kilometers to what can be termed as a "forren land of clouds , treasure, and mystery" ARR

Kinda keeps it in the "Family" Aye.

All the best XMAS and New Year.

Cheers

Ended up casting a chock cup... Bit tricky at only 1mm thick!

Polished up the chock cup and made a advance / retard leaver

And while I was in the making mood I cast a new prop nut

Still need to polish up the leg a little more!
Takes a few pulls of the starter rope to get the fuel up the fuel pipe but once it is there she runs like a champ!

I could only run her for a minute or two because she would not pump water very well with the prop on!
(Sorry about the quality of the video, I only have my cell phone to record with)

I do have the black instruction plate but I dont want to put it back on until the rest of the engine has been cleaned up.

If they were still giving The Queens award for Industry, I think that piece of work would merit one, Chris.

I think you've put us all to shame!

Thank you very much Charles.
If it wasn't for Bruce sending me his fuel tank and mixer I would not have been able to get it even close.

This all worked out VERY well Chris.

Outstanding work! 8) 8) 8)

My example has been pulled down suffering a cracked piston and a very suss con-rod. I will reuse the cases as special for our model and use donor internal parts from other more recent ones that are hanging around. The case castings remember.

2016 is a return to GREEN.

CYA later Blue.

Cheers

Once again thank you very much for the loan of you mixer it would have been an impossable task without it!

Bit of a shame that the piston is cracked on you one. yes if it where me I would I would use an old red to rebuild the black.

That Anzani is a Very Lucky Outboard. I doubt anybody else would have the skills , or put in the amount of time and effort, that you have done. Another Vintage Outboard saved from a box of parts. :D :D :D
I am looking forward to seeing what your next project will be.
Cheers,

I'm thinking it may be a scale model of a 100 series or maybe a 102? All cast and working of course!

The first thing I need to do is measure all of the parts of an engine and come up with a few simple drawings and sizes.
When I do make a start and have some patterns I will cast a few at a time (and put it into a new thread)
