Tank types

Post by red42hj »

Hello! I've been sorting 3 engines.....aTC102, a little forty, and a silver century. I had all tanks and carbs off for cleaning and then found that the little forty has the carb on the other side of the engine to the other two. This messed me up for a minute when it came to matching fuel lines to the tanks. My question is, why is it on the other side when the tiller arms are all on the same side? Am I right in thinking that no models were produced where the fuel line crosses from one side othe engine to the other? Red.
