I have also just picked up an engine with the following number TCO 514 R7
John Williams informed me that it is a 102 long shaft,the R7 refers to it's rebuild date at the factory.
Hope this is of some use.

Turning out the gargae prior to house move I found one of these hiding behind the lathe.
Three bladed propellor so must be 1.75HP according to web site.
Non runner but resonable condition.
