Saving Old Seagulls

Great yes thats the carb, going to have to mail order the 2 stroke oil....nobody stocks it locally

We live on the Caldon Canal, in North Staffs, i'll try the Motex over the weekend or may order some of the proper oil off the ebay.

Thanks for your replies, i'll take a look around and see if i can pick up some tcw3 2 stroke oil, canal is at bottom of garden so thought while weather was still holding might be nice for a run, but will wait until i pick up correct oil. I'll post a picture of the carb, from the breakdown does look ...

Just purchased a small Seagull which appears to be in reasonable condition....see attachment
Cleaned the carb and tank and using a drop of 2 stroke the engine does run and appear to pump water. Going to check gearbox oil and then hope to put it on the 8 ft boat and go for a run. According to the the ...
