Can anybody supply parts or info please.. Parts needed are , piston, Carby, water pipe, and a clutch. The drives...

Re: Evinrude (1914 Model B?) Row Boat Motor

Cool. I think it would be a restriction anyway, and may affect the performance at top speed. LOL

Re: Evinrude (1914 Model B?) Row Boat Motor

Looking good S,
I'm curious about the choke piece. Are you suggesting that the choke is made up, or adapted from some other model. If that piece wasn't there, what would be used instead.

Re: points closing

Maybe the crankshaft is a bit loose in the bushes, allowing the point gap to change, or that the crank has some runout. May need to check with a dial Indicator.

Re: Stuart P55MR

Looking Great !!
Is your Question about replacing the Studs, or the Head Gasket ? .
I would reuse the Studs. As for the Head Gasket, get one made in copper, or suitable Head Gasket material, and it should be good for many years.

Re: Villiers MK12HS

Nice Valve Reseating Kit. On an engine as nice as yours, it probably only needs the valves cleaned and lapped etc. Love the idea of a Villiers under the TV LOL
I doubt I could sneak a motor into the house, and certainly not close to the TV.

Re: Villiers MK12HS

Nice Find. You may find that the valve clearances have closed up. All the ones I have played with, have had that problem. A quick valve grind, and it will likely be good as gold, as far as compression goes.
