So undo pipe and flush through with hosepipe on threaded end? That's it. Your garden hose should be a tight fit over the exposed threads on the stub. You don't have to run the engine when flushing. As stelios said, Undo the nut that holds the water outlet pipe on top of the engine block between the fuel tank and flywheel. Push the end of your hose over the threaded end and turn it on for a few minutes. Once its all flushed you could squirt it bit...

Make sure everything is tight. Crankcase nuts--Cyl to crankcase nuts--Cyl head bolts--Carb and mounting clamp. Look further. But make sure everything is tight.

Its hard to say by the pics, But what if you just shaved the cyl head down enough till its a flat machined surface. Would the piston come up and hit the combustion chamber :?: . You never know what is around the corner that's for sure. Stick with it and you will be at the wright place at the wright time I reckon. As for modifying, Your only going to wreck a good gun as you said before. Seen to many people do it.

Got some lockwire and a pair of special pliers to twist it. The wire guage is .041. Ive had a go at doing it, but I don't think its done correct. Can anyone help me out with this. Its a good thing I brought a pound of wire
