Yep, great turnout despite foul weather. The QB Series engines really were leagues ahead of the older engines in the "racing". The QB ones were good designs, just a pity the company did not by that stage have the money to fully invest in final design testing and quality production. I had a long shaft Kingfisher with lighting output - nice smooth power and good economy but not up to the build quality of the older models- hence I now have seven Seagulls in weekly use but none of them are QB engines, - or 125/170s for that matter.
