Now I know that I struck it unlucky asking about the 'Gydacraft' for Seagulls, but here's another couple of questions....
1) Has anyone out there got a picture, a drawing, or an example of a 'Pivot Plus' reversing gear for Seagulls? This was about 1970 ish and was, I'm told an early attempt at what was to become the 'Rotagull' as illustrated on the SOS main site.
2) Similarly, a recoil start mechanism was offered at about the same time - not the SIBA one with which we're all familiar, but something different. Any ideas ?
3) Metal cowls for Forties and Centuries. Probably Fifties era. I now have a couple of illustrations of accessory cowlings for Seagulls, and they don't look 'home made'. Has anyone any information?
