Me and my Seagull

Post by Bruinvisch »

Hello Seagull lovers,

I'm René from the Netherlands and on our sailing ship we have a small tender, for which we have a nice little Seagull outboard motor.

Welcome

Is it broken or a dribble of oil?

Very nice boat and also very nice Seagull!
I'm impressed with the chroming on the exhaust tube and drive tube - have you had them re-chromed or are they original?

Cheers

Stil in original condition, I only wipe him of now and than. It's a little workhorse with dents and bruces, not a showpiece.

Last year we got some pictures from the sixties made by a previous owner of our ship. On the back you can see the original outboard.

Lovely photo’s,
I am going to put a sail on my 14ft fishing boat and have been looking for designs for the rudder on the internet.... look no further!!! Your rudder is just what I need... so..
I better get on with it...
Thanks for the cracking photos all round.
