This a ten as per the exhaust diameter into upper gearbox plate noting the casting..
I suggest that no one believes a badge. Badge engineering turning a 10 into a 15........see it all the time.

And I thought it was easier than that, the 15 had a three blade prop and the 10 had a two.

There are in fact many small but significant differences. Not too difficult to identify when seeing them in isolation, but when side by side it all becomes apparent.
10hp 242 cc vs 15hp 322 cc. 15hp has a larger diameter bore, is substantially heavier and spins a larger diameter 3 bladed prop.
