Wondering if anyone has drawn up a CAD file for the amal 416 fuel bajo that they would share?

Seems a great little piece to print, I have a friend with a printer but no experience designing anything myself!

Thanks

It's not really a shape that lends it's self to 3D printing & if it fails you've got petrol running onto hot parts, often we don't look at the motor until it sounds different.

I believe there are brass ones about, try John.

You've got this problem because even injection moulded plastic ones, don't last that long!

Cad file is a ten minute job, but what would you print it out of? PLA and ABS is a no go, very little chemical resistance. If your friend can print out of nylon, you’d have a better chance. Can his hot end go >250*?
Another option would be to print a mould and cast from resin. I will look into this more soon.
