Gear Oil Milky
Just opened up my Seagull prop undoing the white plastic plug to find the oil is gluey and milky is this normal before I replace with new SAE140 oil ?

Yes.
If you want to be fastidious, wash out with petrol.
There is no water tight shaft seal in earlier models - designed for water mixing with oil.
