Hal Kelly's Hydros don't really work with Seagulls or with 4 1/2hp outboards, probably designed for 20 to 40 hp.
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

I just googled "Hal Kelly's Hydros" as i haven't heard of them before.
It's a smart looking boat and with a 20-40hp engine i think i'd end up doing a Donald Cambell if i had the bottle in that.
