What is the best combination of jets to run in amal 2 jet carb on a silver century?

agree fully, my silver century has a standard 2 jet amal

Standard jetting is often fairly close around 40/25. However, No 2x motor setups are exactly the same
You really need to do on the water testing to establish the best jetting combo for you motor mods / hull / prop / fuel blend / weight / carb variations / other combo
Things like saltwater vs freshwater can have an effect, as can weather
Generally;
* I've found the amal twin jet very tolerant to atmospheric variations.
* standard idle is about right
* standard main is a bit rich
