Not a Seagull but something interesting as per what people do to get an outboard.
Have a close look. Many of us will see where the engine came from and subsequent modification.

Nicely done actually.
I speak only for the power head......................bottom end eludes me.

Interesting, the second one is a villiers power head grafted onto a seagull leg, possibly from a lawnmower?
the first seems to be a villiers mark 6 that has had the fins removed and a home made water jacket added on, plus a home made exhaust adaptor to the leg. with the whole thing then grafted onto an outboard leg. Looks like a decent job.
