Mallard, Puffin & Swordfish - Free to good home

Post by simonb »

Hi,

Earlier in the year I purchased the above engines from a fellow member with the intention of restoring them, however due to a change in personal circumstances this is no longer going to be possible so with regret I need to let these go. In fairness I did get a good deal on them, but I really want them to go to a good home so basically they are free to anyone who wants to swing by and collect them.
I am located in Bristol but can meet somewhere within reason if you want them.

A little bit of detail:

The puffin is a lovely little engine and I have had it running albeit briefly but I think with a little bit of work it will run nicely.

The Mallard needs some work. The fuel tank is split and it needs a bit of work.

The Swordfish again needs some work but comes with a decent set of spares e.g. lower unit, prop and tank.

Sadly these need to go. Drop me a PM if you are interested.

Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.
