Victoria Park, tomorrow Sunday 11th May

Post by charlesp »

Andy will be there, at the boat jumble, with a stand.

He will be taking an OA (best looking little teardrop Marston Seagull), short and long shaft OF (that's the forward/neutral/reverse teardrop Marston), and his OJ (really nice example of the very first, and possible the best made, of the 102 series).

These motors are well worth going to see, there won't be more Marstons together in public until we do the Ibsley Bygone days in a few weeks. Forum members will be very welcome to go and have a chat and a close look.

I'm sure he'll be firing them up on occasion.

He tells me he'll have on his stand a new little book that will help identify all the different types of Seagull. Not a huge tome, but lots of photographs, written and illustrated by some local Seagull nutter.

Victoria Park is at Netley, Sothampton, Hampshire. SO31 5GA.
Junction 8 M27

A good day out, some say it's a better jumble than the one at Beaulieu. (At least I can spell Netley).
