There's quite a few that pop up on ebay from time to time.
Start there and choose the best one you can find. Then strip it back to bits and have a close look inside it to see what it might need.

Not sure where you are in suffolk but in Jeckles free ad window in oulton broad this week there was a seagull for sale. Not sure of the model as im not in the market for yet another. If your passing pop and have a look as they do get advertised in there.
