Just received a call from a very happy Bob. All Seagulls and approx 5 or 6 crates parts now sold!

Unfortunately they were not taken by any of the members here, but by a guy who did stumble on this advert when performing a google search.

If any of the other outboards listed here are of interest to you, my advice is move quickly.

Unfortunately it's a case of you snooze, you lose.

Just another quick update for the members here.

Take up has been a little slower than I first anticipated but they're moving none the less. Gone in recent weeks;

1 x Riptide Fisherman
1 x 3hp Air-cooled Waterboy
1 x Victajet
2 x Victa Boat Impellors
2 x Tas
1 x Kirby
1 x Simplex
1 x Mariner

Along with those went several incomplete outboards and a few more spare parts, brochures, manuals etc

Good on you to those on here that purchased a few and helped Bob to continue the clearing process. His health is not the best at the moment so every dollar helps.

Does anyone know the best way to get a motor shipped from Australia to the UK?

Thanks

Rene
Getting it packed in a crate and shipped over is the most cost effective way, (use pack & send Aus) or you could get them crated and flown over, at more cost to yourself.

http://m.packsend.com.au

Pack & send have a great reputation and I have used them before with no problems, they have a new way of packing were you give them the item and they wrap it up and use a spray on foam (or something like that) to create a custom "crate" for it, and when it arrives at the destination, it just splits apart with no damage done to the item.

Good luck!

Too many Seagulls to count now!
