Should be a good day out, looking forward to it.

I'll let you know just HOW MAD he really is...!

When you consider that, Mad Bonus Points ( );

1 The gent is from Tasmania ( 1)
2 Is an Older gent from Tasmania (1)
3 Grey Beard on Gent from Tasmania (1)
4 Seagull owner/breeder from Tasmania (2)
5 Open Ocean grey bearded Seagull owner/breeder getting wet and vibrated in huge swells that would put any sane boating Old Salt back to dry dock.......(5)

Pretty well Card Holding Crazy aye?

I have nothing but admiration for an individual like that.

I think that goings on will be really cool.

There is fuel coming out of the tap but it's more like a dribble than a full flow. I wasn't sure if this was normal. However your comments have got me thinking... I guess if there isn't enough fuel getting to the carb, once the engine dies I could unscrew the carb bowl and check if it has any fuel in it.

I have been wondering if it was a compression issue but I don't have one of those compression tester thingy with a gauge. Maybe time to buy one.

Cheers

And sorry to get carried away Paul...........post is back to you now

Fuel flow from tap is OK when the tap is open and the amount of fuel going everywhere out of it is like....

"Where is The Fire Extinguisher........Jesus.......and calling for HELP" comes to mind.

Then you know "Flow" is enough.

B I'm not quite as (ahem) old as said gent from down under... (i'm still a young pup compared to most others on here at 46!)
I do however have lots of grey coming through (does that count)
I am in the middle of growing a beard (maybe that counts as well)
Owner/breeder.....absolutely
Open ocean experience.....not yet but working on that
Vibration however i try to balance out on my seagulls (nothing worse than having your fillings rattled for hours on end)
Getting wet.....only when i fall in  or go swimming
Huge swells..... err did i mention i get seasick (not often though)
I reckon that's gotta be worth maybe 2 1/2 points (half a point for a half hearted effort)

I know, i know.
I'm more of a fair weather boater (bit of a whimp)
Got caught out in a pretty big squal in the middle of the reservoir last year when fishing (does that count for big swells and open water?)

Yep, should be good
I'll make sure of plenty of pics and vids
