chilli dog is spoilt some times

he fell through the floor on a job site and landed on the concrete 10 feet below the other day a little shaken but okay . I'll come right eventually .
Back to the boat , the "transom" has never been deep enough to hold the seagull clamp bracket to my satisfaction . So I ripped down some purple heart and Kauri and made it a bit deeper . You can clearly see the addition . now the clamp fits perfect .

Last weekend for preparations for the great race , so I wetndried the bottom to 1200 grit , smooth as ......... now don't give me the sharks skin theory . I'm going with this

While I won't show you my race props , I will post a couple of pics of the Bronze SD prop and the Bronze bow tie to show the progress I've been making . The sd prop isn't going as well as I would like , seems to wash more water to the side than I would hope for , but Rome wasn't built in a day. Love the fact that bronze will form a razor edge and you really do have to be care full when working on them not to cut yourself !

Close of the bow tie , both props are fitted to AC's the SD is on the steampunked motor and the bow tie on a standard AC in very nice order .

I'm using a stock Silver Century with an Amal 416 carb or these if that doesn't work out
