Best I can tell is by the little girl, who was drawn from life; the daughter of a trade customer. She appeared carrying what looks like an FV around 1950-ish, and it must date from after then. You have the Seagull logo with the bird, and you have the 'for the world' worlding on the slogan.
1954 would be my guess, give or take a bit.
One of the rarest bits of Seagull related memorabilia. I know of two now, including this one, and I know lof lots of Marstons. There are even more Marston twins!
SN 102s and LM Forties are more scarce, and that, I think, is that!
