Seagull 170 Longshaft for sale - genuine sale

For anyone looking at previous postings, you will know I own a Seagull 170, that I had to rebuild.
Basically, it has now ended up with a brand new crankshaft, and a replacement flywheel. (both of which were bent)
the engine has been re-assembled and runs fine. (as well as new carb parts.) (but the rubber pipes are flakey, and I would replace before actually taking it out to sea.)
there is one spare engine cover, though one is not perfect, one is virtually like brand new. (maybe have the tatty one for use, and keep the good one for show??)
it also has an alternator, though I have not checked if it works.
The engine has a little corrsoion to the lower housing, but a brand new prop.
There is also a secondhand tank + fuel pipe, though the tank really needs soaking in acid and tank sealer using, as the seam weeps very slightly, but only a dampness, not an actual leak.
If anyone has an overwhelming desire for a 170 with a brand new crank. (note the original con-rod is perfect.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: I would be happy for a prospective buyer to dissasemble the engine to view and check the condition of the crank and con rod.
the reason for sale is that divorce now means I now no longer have the boat it was meant for!!! (though the boat was not mine, the engine is mine, as I purchased and rebuilt it myself.)
