Beautiful boat there, how about some particulars for those of us who don't recognize her model. Looks like plenty of strings to pull should the desire strike.

Neil you forget that the crankshaft straightening and bearing replacement may be offset against salvage charges.

Have just spent 3 hours polishing up on my maritime law, then remembered we were on the Thames.

Next time to avoid tow pictures I will river test my engines before I bring them. The AC ran all day until the transom bracket broke, so it was not a total disaster. The ON was always a little low on compression, it was even lower after thrashing it up and down.

As I have owned seagulls for just less than 1 year, my learning curve has been steep. Now I know rule 1 is they are not always reliable and reliability can be directly proportional to the age of the engine.

BBQ would be good. I like the idea of doing the whole non tidal length of the Thames, camping near pubs would be good.
