Seagull Wanted near Penrith, Cumbria

Hi All
I am new to this forum and to Seagull Outboards generally.
I have just purchased a 13 ft Dell Quay Dory and would like a seagull to go along with it, to use on Lake Ullswater (10 mph limit).
As far as I can tell a `Forty +` would be ideal. I have to say that I am not altogether sure what length is best - I would imagine though a short or standard shaft would do the trick.
If anyone has one of these and lives not too far from me then perhaps you could let me know.
I am fairly handy at tinkering with engines and don`t mind a project - I do not however posses magical powers and therefor if it too far gone then it is probably not for me.
Any advice (keep it clean) would also be welcomed.
Everything on ebay always seems to be at least 200 miles from me - Seagull outboards are no exception.
