Seagull 40 plus longshaft convertion
I have a Seagull 40plus longshaft and am using it on my 8ft dingy tender, is it possible to shorten the shaft to short shaft to give me more drive as at the moment it is too deep in the water and drags?

using a depth adjusting collar is a simpler option
