Thank God (or John) for that.
We primarily use our boat and Seagulls for fishing with the kids; we usually throw them all back as they are often undersize.

- Bream
It was a nice morning last Sunday in our local estuary, 9 fish caught and released before a blustery Southerley change cut the day short.

I thought you had big fish in Aus, Is that the live bait you were using.
Great picture, you cant beat a seagull for a bit of fishing, and a warm water outlet to wash the slime off you hands.
I cant wait for our summer.

There are some big fish in Australia, we're just not as good at catching them as others:

Fish pulled of the Internet don't count !!

you need to standing by them

, and lets face it there really needs to be a seagull in the picture
I caught this and a few other kingfish of a group off Islands called the Poor Knights .
I will be out with my seagull this summer trying to do better

Sorry, I didn't know the rules, they were examples of
fish that can be caught here after someone commented on my son's small Bream. At least this shot has a Seagull in it:

- Taken last year
The old stainless tank attracts comments, I think I have heard them all

So all pictures on this thread need a fish and a Seagull in the same shot

I think thats a great idea !
seagull and a fish
I like your tank very much , soft brass is not that practical on a working seagull .
Nice fish by the way , your bream are very close cousins to our snapper , I will be looking to catch and post one in the weeks to come .

We finally went for a fish yesterday; it's just been too hot lately to go. The fish we are catching are getting slightly bigger, this caught by the 12 y.o.:

- Snapper - 35cm
The max temp yesterday was only 28 deg. C, so it was a cracker of a day!

Almost the middle of winter and a rare (for us) catch of the day; a baby Port Jackson Shark caught by one of my Son's friends.
of course we let the critter go free

That bream is very close to our Black Bream in the uk!
I cant give pics of fish and Seagulls together, however, pic of one of my seagull's on the back of my Wayfarer,
and one of the larger fish found in uk waters, this a Tope of around 30bls (yes, that is me a few years ago!

Do you use a long shaft Seagull on that boat? How fast can you drive it?
