Spanners

Post by charlesp »

Got my example of the stainless SOS multi-spanner last week - thanks John. Very good in my opinion; all laser-cut stainles steel, rather superior to the original product.

My question is - just how many different types did British Seagull produce?

I have the original version of the SOS one, an earlier version with the cut-out for the metal fuel filler, and I have seen the very late ones.

There was one on eBay a few weeks ago that I missed (went to the pub and missed the closing time - not for the first time, nor the last I suspect) which was interesting, and a chum has another wartime one.

Anyone out there with others?
