Silver Century

Hi Guys,
Long time no posting!
Have a bit of a dilema, i need a bigger engine!
Unfrotunatley to fund that engine i have to have a bit of a clear out!
I have a Silver Century with clutch drive, unfortunatley i have never had it running
I tried but failed, this has now got to go to help fund a bigger engine!

I would like your thoughts on what it is worth, running and not running?
If its worth a lot more running is there anywhere to take it in the Hertfordshire area to get it looked at?
