I saw that and gave it consideration. Would fit in the back of my van but have nowhere to store it. Not far from me either. Probably be best with a short shaft. Not sure I would want to be on it in Sydney Harbour on NYE.

Practical Boat Owner, did free plans for one like that years ago as I built one. If I remember you needed only two sheets of plywood.

I did the same thing nearly 15 years ago with 2 sheets of 8' x 4' plywood.
