Do you mean Sports Twin or Supertwin by chance? I don't believe Anzani made an outboard called Super Sports!

More likely the two super singles heads bolted to one leg outboard.
I have seen one or two of them.
Two have been on Ebay this year, I may have kept a picture or two.

SuperTwin yes!! We had some here in fifties but now impossble to find anymore.

I've seen one in bits at a forum members house, but thats the only one I've seen. That said I don't search for anzani stuff much.
