I do,nt want to get another engine as my tc 102 has done me proud for many years; but now with a smaller boat I need a shorter shaft. Can a longshaft be successfully converted to a short shaft?

Simple and easy enough just make sure whatever lenth you cut of one piece that you cut the same of all pieces
Drive shaft
Exhust tube
water pipe
clutch rod if fitted
Drive shaft tube
In failing that in sure you could get short shaft parts from boss man John and just change them over...
