Spotted this on ebay, am trying fathom it out! Any ideas where this has come from?

I spotted that the other day, its interesting, maybe an oil tank, rather than fuel, as its pretty small, off some motorcycle maybe.

Whatever it's off, it was a 2 stroke. On the Cap it says "1/2 pint of Castrol XL to one Gallon". I had nothing to do, so I've just spent an hour on Google, but I still can't find anything like it!
