Yes, looks like an ON box. Do you want rid of it?

Any oil nipples on it Tam? (definitely Marston era)
Nice find for someone that needs one.
Only reason i ask is that i've got a couple of old 102 gearboxes that look just like this but with a conventional square drive pinion and oil nipples on the "other" side to normal.

Jon's right Tam that's an ON box that needs some expensive parts,
New cush hub, you will have to have that cast in situ.
New prop shaft, about £25 can be made local.
New bronze drive hub casting, in registry stock £35.
Only worth rebuilding if crown wheel & pinion shaft & bearing in useable condition!
Good find!

As Charles says at least £60 worth of cost to make that part serviceable for the engine that it came from. Unfortunately pre war seagulls are not an easy proposition. Think hard before you obtain one that requires work...

A 102 direct boat mount, by the looks of it, could be QB.

Yes, a bolt on mount. locate the engine slide in the locking pin and away you go.

or bolt some clamps to it and use it like a conventional mount.
But yes, originally a bolt on job from something modern.
