Does it just screw onto a long stud? If so try a strap wrench, it could be an opposite thread to the rotation direction? I’ve never stripped one of these.
Drop John at SOS a line, he will know.

Looks like it's screwed directly onto crank going the opposite way might be the way

Cheers china spot on again (yes tight fit) end result 12v out put appears to be an optional extra
