Living the dream!

Post by arripay »

Got the wonky flywheel and dodgy barrel gasket fixed on my newly acquired 40+, fired up no problem. Runs sweet as a nut, apart from a slight hesitation on WOT.
Pleasantly surprised, not as noisy or Smokey as I remember!

Was flushing it in a fresh water tank afterwards, a chap came over and asked to take a photo of it, "not seen one in years"!

Well done, it’s nice when it all comes together, especially when a stranger takes an interest.
Great story, Dave.
