After fitting your featherweight gearbox with its low ratio and the higher pitch prop to your finely honed Seagull of larger than Century HP - how do you ensure it runs cool enough?
Yes, the impellor can be changed for the QB variety with more blades and the copper suction tube could be enlarged for better flow, but will this provide flow equal to that of the enhanced design 6 to 7 HP 170 / 5R / Kingfisher?
I suppose the gearbox front slots could be enlarged - but thats one tiny gearbox designed for very light duty! And the 102 gearbox must also be antiquated in comparison with its miniscule inlet slots . . .
