Propeller for featherweight

Last year I bought my second British Seagull outboard through EBAY. (OK Twice burned shame on me!) It is a 1970 Model F "Featherweight". When received one of the four blades of the propeller was missing. Trying to deal with the damage I cut the oposite blade away and ground the stubs as close to the hub as possible. The outboard starts & runs fine but there is enough vibration to shake the carb. bowl loose. Fortunately, the outboard was running in a barrel. Replaced the the bowl & float & the outboard runs but with some vibration. With no previous experience there is some concern about whether I should try to reduce the vibration or buy another propeller.
1) would someone please outline a method of balancing a two blade propeller?
2) Would someone sell me a replacement propellor for a Model F "Featherweight."?
Thank You
