That's it, just the carb. Naturally the blocks aren't interchangeable because of the spigot size.

And my middle name is Charles too,,,damn there must be a law!
I figured out the multiple Charles thing though...it's like some sort of drinking the glass of water whilst the puppet sings...right??
No really
I realize, he's a Charles but that's not his SOS username whilst it is yours..whew!

Thanks again though

. . . and Chuky gets free calls to Australia, America, Bermuda, New Zealand and Canada ( and most other worldwide destinations) . . .

So expect your evening meal, Sunday morning sh*g, midday contemplation to be interrupted by that phone ringing . . .

Wel! that sorts out the difference between these motors once and for all.....
And seemingly many other things
Heck
My collection expanded to 6 motors today with the addition of an older century...it's growing like a ^$^# great British fungus!!!..I have had 8 overall since purchasing my first 3 months ago...but sold two...help!

It's easy to confuse the two of us, I'm told there's a likeness. Even to the point where the barmaids in my local think the other Charles is my Dad...

The moral of this story is that condoms aren't just for disease prevention!

Okay Now I've figure out which Charles fathered the other and the proper use of condoms(really quite informative! not just for party favours!)etc
I wanted to ask another century/silver century question..I would go look at my motors but sadly we're estranged as they live with my boat...elsewhere #&^%*^& boat!

THey both have the same bottom end and gearing right? and the 5 bladed hydrofans that went on them(when the century had one(later)) were the same size as well , yes?
I know the plus models had the giant 11-12" hydrofans
But I was under the impression the plain old centuries and silver centuries had the same size (8.5-9" ) props
Feel free to verbally flay me if I'm wrong!!

yes you pretty much have it now....no flaying or plank walking necessary! :D the 5 blade hydrofans though. came out with the very first century(LLS) as well as the 4 bladed one. the LLS by the way is unique among centuries because of the studs in the head instead of bolts.....you only have to undo the nuts to remove the head...a much better idea.not sure about the other early centuries but all the siver centuries certainly had bolts cheers
