The first Yamaha is rather cute.... http://popol.punt.nl/index.php?r=1&id=3 ... _archief=0 I have one somewhere.

I use a pilot often, mainly as it is so easy to use and very light. Not very powerful though. Have another that I have yet to fire up.

Passed up a Unitwin, as Charles mentioned, it is a back breaker and someone had painted it. Seems to be a few Anzani's down under.

Is there a problem with PM's at the moment? I have sent a couple which don't seem to have got through? I did however get your email Rick which I shall reply to asap. I know this isn't a Seagull or Anzani, but its the coolest looking thing to pop up on Das Bay in a while:

Looks in ace condition, but too far away for me! Also can't find any info on it. Serial is N811816 which I can't make head nor tail of! Is it even an evinrude??

Lovely brass and bits of engine poking out everywhere mmmmmmm.... Any info anyone?

Cheers,

Rich

Rich - best I can date the Evinrude to is 1924 - motor is a 2.5HP Sportwin.

Nice work Ric, had a google of your suggestion and there it is, halfway down the page below. Must be pretty rare in the UK, albeit a little far away in Glasgow. I was expecting a few more horses from a twin though!
