You mostly have a choice over here, but not all petrol stations carry straight unleaded (without ethanol) both are 91 Octane. The ethanol fuel (usually 10% Ethanol) is only 1 or 2 cents a litre cheaper than the straight unleaded at my local servo.

Prices have just gone up here, for 1 litre: $1.47AUD today ($1.52USD; $1.55CAD; $1.15EUR; 1.00GBP;$1.81NZD)

Not sure how you may be confused?

Carry on using outboard motor oil as you are.

:o Sorry did not mean to cause confusion ! all oil advice is good and still stands , I was concerned for reported effects of fuel changes , Perhaps I should have started a new thread ? Mr moderator perhaps you could move or delete my posts to stop confusion
