Rubber dinghy repair

Up in the attic we have a very old rubber dinghy, only 7ft long with a fixed transom, I last used it about 15 years ago with my 40 on the back when my girls were very small. We found that we needed to keep the foot pump with us at all times as the stitching on the seems were leaking and in the end it was too much of a pain to use. Can anyone advise on a way to repair it that's preferably quite cheap please ? Someone mentioned to me once about a paint that I could buy.

My old metzeler probably could do with an internal sealant though I have been told the vast majority of leaks are from the O rings on the valves.

That looks like quite a good idea actually, seems to act in the same way as tyre weld on a car, although quite expensive that would be a lot cheaper than another dinghy. I don't think that it's the O rings as I remember leaning on the side of the half inflated boat in the water and seeing bubbles. Thanks for that Hugz.
