Picked another Villiers up this morning.......I dusted it down.
Very original with a weak spark and some compression.
There are lots around you just have to pick your MK so to speak
I do not know serial numbers but this one would be at the end of production.
Australian Champion 7 Com -L. Interesting in itself.
Pleased

Nice Find. You may find that the valve clearances have closed up. All the ones I have played with, have had that problem. A quick valve grind, and it will likely be good as gold, as far as compression goes.
Cheers,

Thanks Mark..........totally Cool aye!
Between this Small engine kit
and an older style hand valve profile/cutter should be sweet!
I will service it and start it first. One Day.
Looks good under the TV stand by the way.....

Nice Valve Reseating Kit. On an engine as nice as yours, it probably only needs the valves cleaned and lapped etc. Love the idea of a Villiers under the TV LOL
I doubt I could sneak a motor into the house, and certainly not close to the TV.
Cheers
