just received engine, and first impression is WHAT HAVE I DONE i know nothing at all about them but i must admit it looks good, the only number i can find is TC68140 hope that makes sense to anyone will have a good look in morning

I would check the condition of the internals and lubricate well before you spinning it up with an electric drill.

Pictures are liked by all, if possible can you post some of the restoration.

It all depends on how much you want to do.
As H-A said check fluids - start off cleaning carb - throw out old fuel
basics - see FAQ
You will get there.
